That said, as we want your jewellery to remain as untarnished as possible we suggest washing gently with mild soapy water and drying with a soft polishing cloth immediately to avoid water mineral residue affecting the jewellery. Strictly refrain from using chemicals on rhodium-plated items. Avoid using clothes intended for use on uncoated silver.

Refunds will be issued up to 14 days from purchase to the original form of tender and processed within 5 days of return providing it is returned in the same saleable condition* as when purchased, within 14 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note items on sale or promotion are non-refundable
Responsibility for the return of goods remains with the consumer, it is the consumers' responsibility to ensure items are returned to us. We cannot offer a full refund if items are lost in the post or go missing.
Saleable Condition*
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn, the security tags must remain intact and the packaging must be in reusable condition. This information is clearly stated on the tag for the customer’s information. Should the security tag have been removed, the refund will not be processed.
